Once the courier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is delayed, lost or stolen. In the rare event that this occurs, you must contact the courier directly first. Please also note that we do not have any additional information about your tracking as we see the same information on our end as you do. Should you have any questions about the delivery status or whereabouts of your package, please contact the courier directly.
In the rare case that you accidentally enter the wrong address and the courier has to return the package to us, you will be charged another delivery fee in order for us to dispatch your package for a second time.
Any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient as they are not applied in the checkout total. These fees will be determined by the customs agency of the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees after checkout.
