At JUVAE Jewels, we pride ourselves on the quality and durability of our stainless steel jewelry. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 6-month color warranty for all stainless steel items. This warranty covers any tarnishing or discoloration that may occur under normal wear conditions within 6 months of purchase.
What is Covered:
- Tarnishing or Discoloration: Any stainless steel jewelry that experiences significant tarnishing or discoloration under normal use within 6 months of purchase will be replaced at no cost to you.
What is Not Covered:
- Accidental damage such as scratches, dents, or cracks.
- Damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, or physical abuse.
- Items not purchased directly from JUVAE Jewels or authorized retailers.
How to Claim Your Warranty

Contact Us: If your jewelry has tarnished within the warranty period, please contact us at support@juvaejewels.com with the subject line: "Warranty Claim - Order #[Your Order Number]."

Provide Proof of Purchase: Attach your proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) and a brief description of the issue.

Send Photos: Include clear photos of the tarnished jewelry, showing the specific areas of concern. This helps us verify the issue and expedite the approval process.Please do not dispose of any defective items as we may require them to be shipped back to our warehouse; being unable to do so will void the Warranty.

Review Process: Once we receive your email, our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email if your claim is approved.

Return Shipping: If your claim is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item to us.

Replacement Shipment: Upon receiving the returned item, we will send out a brand-new replacement piece free of charge. You’ll be notified with tracking details as soon as your replacement is on the way.
Warranty Exceptions:
- This warranty is only valid for items purchased from JUVAE Jewels or authorized retailers.
- The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- The warranty does not apply to items intentionally damaged or misused.
